Senior UX Researcher - Emerging Experiences

Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research to inform the development of future-forward digital and physical guest experiences. Translate research findings into actionable product direction and compelling stories to guide cross-functional teams through iterative design sprints.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Define and evaluate quality for adaptive experiences
- Translate research findings into clear evaluation criteria
- Support Principal and Lead Researchers with research requests
- Guide and partner with product teams through the research lifecycle
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX design research
- Experience with UX research methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust to changing priorities
- Strong project management skills
