The Lead Product Designer will scale the product by designing systems and UX philosophies for the AI era. Responsibilities include driving roadmap prioritization, refining design processes with AI, and mentoring junior and mid-level designers.
Responsibilities
- Leverage best-in-class design practices to deliver recommendations
- Drive roadmap prioritization conversations
- Refine design team processes
- Partner with engineering to account for different use cases
- Provide high-quality feedback to junior designers
- Conduct design reviews and QA audits
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership capacity
- Proven track record of building and scaling design systems
- Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated UI/UX work
- Experience directly coaching other designers
