AVP - Product Designer

Lead and scale the design function by driving end-to-end UX/UI strategy for a high-impact fintech product across web and mobile platforms. Responsible for building a high-performing design team and establishing scalable design systems to ensure visual excellence and usability.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall UX/UI strategy across Android, iOS, and web platforms
- Design intuitive, structured, and data-driven interfaces that simplify complex financial information
- Build and scale a strong design team through mentorship, hiring, and capability development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design outcomes with business and product goals
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Drive user-centered design practices through research, usability testing, and continuous feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in leading product design, preferably in fintech or data-intensive platforms
- Strong experience in leading product design
- Proven ability to design user-centric experiences with a focus on clarity and usability
- Expertise in building and managing design systems across multiple platforms
- Experience mentoring and leading high-performing design teams
- Strong understanding of UX research, usability testing, and design validation techniques
