Lead the graphics, design, and usability efforts at AVL, owning the end-to-end UI/UX journey. This includes shaping modern user interfaces for global customer solutions and defining the internal corporate identity.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead on Graphics, Design, and Usability at AVL
- Own the end-to-end UI/UX journey—from shaping modern user interfaces for global customer solutions to defining our internal corporate identity
Requirements
- Completed education or degree in graphic design, communication design, media design, UI/UX design, or a comparable field
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in graphics, design, and usability
- Experience in designing digital user interfaces and a strong sense for user guidance and visual communication
- Skills in creating and maintaining style guides and corporate design standards
- Creative thinking, strong quality awareness, and a structured, independent working style
- Ability to work in a team and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse departments
- Good English language skills (spoken and written)
