Experienced UI Designer

The role involves overseeing the end-to-end development of UI features from wireframes to final high-fidelity designs. Additionally, the designer will produce high-quality UI art and mentor junior designers to elevate studio standards.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the design of key UI features and working closely with the UI Lead
- Collaborating with Game Designers to build features from the ground up
- Creating high-quality features ready to be programmed by developers
- Working alongside the UI team to identify problems and develop smart, user-centered solutions
- Promoting usability and user-centered UI solutions based on UX standards
- Mentoring junior UI designers
Requirements
- Strong experience with a full game UI pipeline
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality UI features
- Up-to-date knowledge of design tools, methodologies, and industry trends
- Ability to take a feature from concept to completion
- Deep understanding of how UI fits into the wider game experience
- Experience mentoring junior designers
