CBS - BMC - Creative Services - Associate-Graphic Designer

Ideate and deliver high-impact, on-brand creative solutions including brochures, presentations, and social media collaterals. Collaborate with art directors and content teams to translate strategic concepts into effective visual assets across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design branding materials, such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals and social media collaterals
• Adhere to EY brand guidelines, meet and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time and efficiency
• Stay up to date with latest design trends, socialize the same to peers
• Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects parallelly
• Communicate effectively with customers while understanding design briefs and sharing ideas
• Provide unique and innovative design solutions to customers and convince them to make the right design choices
• Be responsive to customers on calls and emails
• Contribute towards various organizational initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline)
• 1-4 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media)
