The role involves designing digital software solutions for the enmacc platform, translating energy trader needs into business value. Responsibilities include end-to-end feature ownership from research and ideation to production and QA.
Responsibilities
- Designing digital solutions that address user needs and business objectives
- Conducting research to understand the energy trading industry and translating complex workflows into intuitive designs
- Working closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure scalable and modular solutions
- Ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of design assets and taking responsibility for QA
- Actively contributing to and expanding the Design System
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Product Design (UX/UI)
- Proven track record in complex B2B or web applications
- Advanced knowledge of Figma and experience working within a shared Design System
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work through ambiguity
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
