Lead the design craft for the Tuttim app, managing the entire process from discovery and user research to high-fidelity delivery. You will also contribute to the Design System and experiment with AI to optimize design workflows and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Designing experiences for Tuttim, from discovery to delivery
- Clarifying user needs and evaluating solutions
- Contributing to the improvement and enrichment of the Design System
- Proposing cases where AI can help improve the design organization
- Conducting experiments to accelerate user research, prototyping, and handoff
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Product Design
- At least 3 years of experience in mobile native design (iOS and/or Android)
- Experience in fintech, B2C, or scale-up
- Ability to design for web and mobile, taking into account the specificities and constraints of each platform
- Ability to challenge user needs and defend design choices with evidence
