Web Designer Marketing - Expert Emailing et Parcours Clients - H/F

The Web Designer is responsible for designing and optimizing client marketing email campaigns and customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. They ensure the technical and graphic quality of deliverables while collaborating with IT, CRM, and UX teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the conception, implementation, and optimization of marketing devices
• Manage the content system SFMC and produce associated content
• Support teams in implementing email campaigns and client devices
• Create and manage content blocks, update templates, and manage personalization rules
• Design landing pages, forms, and banners in SFMC
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, CRM, and graphic design teams
• Ensure the quality and technical standards of deliverables

Requirements

• 4 years of experience minimum
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Technical skills: design emailing, HTML integration, SQL, PHP
• Knowledge of email management and sending tools
• Master's degree in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Master's degree in graphic design tools (Adobe suite)
