Lead the end-to-end motion design vision and execute high-impact animation and video experiences for digital products. Establish design guidelines and governance while influencing product roadmaps and business decisions through customer experience strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex initiatives, including those that provide product usability, evaluation, and support to product development teams
- Develop and execute customer experience solutions for online applications and websites
- Be accountable for overseeing the execution of strategic design projects that influence design and strategic direction of the company
- Review and analyze complex industry leading user interface design solutions
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Manage the execution of strategic design projects that influence design and strategic direction of the company
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Motion Design, Animation, Video Design, Product Design, or related disciplines
- Proven experience creating sizzle reels, product demos, and/or training videos that excite or educate through compelling motion design and strong narratives
- Proven experience creating motion-rich digital product experiences (beyond pure marketing or brand content)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video and time-based storytelling for digital products
- Motion systems, patterns, or guidelines
- Product animations and interaction design
