Ingénieur UI designer- Expert Figma (H/F)

The role involves structuring and maintaining a Figma component library and creating high-fidelity prototypes for embedded system interfaces. You will collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are optimized for hardware constraints and integrated via QT Design Studio.
Responsibilities
- Design System: structure and maintain a Figma component library adapted to embedded interface constraints
- Interface adaptation: adapt mockups to Dark/Light mode and manage technical variants
- Prepare optimized deliverables for development teams (technical specifications, exportable assets)
- UI design: create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for system interfaces (outside web)
- Propose ergonomic and visual improvements, taking into account material constraints (resolutions, performance, etc.)
- Technical collaboration: work closely with engineers to anticipate integration constraints (e.g. QT limitations, material resources)
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in UI Design with a preference for embedded systems (automotive, aerospace, medical, IoT, etc.)
- Advanced mastery of Figma: Auto-layout, Variables, Components, and Design Systems management
- Experience in preparing technical deliverables (asset for QT Design Studio)
- Technical sensitivity: understanding of system constraints (fixed resolutions, performance, limited interactions)
- Ability to dialogue with developers (common language on specifications)
- Rigor "pixel perfect" and adaptive creativity (design under technical constraints)
