Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product design process, from concept to implementation
- Define and drive UX/UI vision in line with business objectives and user needs
- Design user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and conversion-focused
- Use data insights and user research to validate design decisions
- Establish and maintain design systems and UX standards
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing teams
- Mentor and guide designers, fostering a culture of design excellence
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Senior role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy and high-quality UI design
- Experience in designing complex digital products, such as gaming or fintech
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma or Sketch
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
