Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for shaping the visual identity of the group's brands and creating high-quality offline and online visual content. This role involves leading design projects, supervising a team of designers, and collaborating with the Marketing team to implement creative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and evolve brands and brand identities
- Ensure consistency and quality of the company's visual image across all materials and channels
- Design and implement creative concepts for offline and digital campaigns
- Develop visual content for print, social media, advertising, and corporate actions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate business needs into creative solutions
- Coordinate and manage external partners, ensuring high-quality results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
- At least 5 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and UI/UX tools such as Figma and Sketch
- Experience in leading and developing a design team
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Collaboration experience with cross-functional teams
