The UX Designer will lead the Design Thinking process from empathy to testing, creating user-centric solutions and interactive prototypes. They will collaborate with UI Designers, Product Owners, and Developers to define project objectives and improve interfaces based on user testing.
Responsibilities
- Intervene in all key stages of Design Thinking, from empathy to testing
- Define the project and its objectives, taking into account the client's needs and business issues
- Conduct research to understand users and create benchmarks for competitive analysis
- Organize workshops and co-design sessions to engage stakeholders and create user journeys and prototypes
- Create zoning, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct user testing and analyze results to propose improvements
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Good knowledge of UX methodologies and ergonomics
- Mastery of Figma and UX tools
- Ability to communicate and work in an agile mode with different teams and services
- Bilingual in English
