Specialist - Graphic Designer

The role involves creating high-quality visual concepts and client-facing collaterals such as presentations, reports, and animations. The specialist will manage the end-to-end design process, ensuring brand alignment and quality assurance across multiple global projects.

Responsibilities

• Create client-facing materials like presentations, placemat, bio-booklet, executive summary, proposals, flyer, reports, motion graphic & animation
• Collaborate with process managers, communication specialists, designers, strategists and sales consultants to design communication/business collateral
• Comprehend & create complex charts / graphs / infographics / illustrations, and artwork, using Adobe/Microsoft software products
• Manage multiple concurrent design projects while maintaining creative innovation, brand alignment, quality and continuous performance improvement
• Use AI-powered tools and software to support and enhance design tasks

Requirements

• College degree in graphic design or closely related discipline
• Proven experience working as a graphic designer – minimum 3-5 years in a corporate consulting or business firm, or in a creative service environment
• Mandatory proficiency in presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, and other design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Ability to create visually appealing and professional presentations that effectively communicate ideas
