The role involves end-to-end production of high-impact static and video content for the US residential solar market using AI-driven workflows. Responsibilities include creating ad creatives, educational videos, and optimizing visuals based on performance data to drive conversions.
Responsibilities
- Create high-impact static creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and landing pages
- Design technical diagrams, solar process infographics, pitch decks, and website visuals
- Develop scroll-stopping ad creatives optimized for performance and conversions
- Script, edit, and produce short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
- Create mid-form educational and explainer videos for YouTube
- Leverage AI tools to enhance speed and quality of content production
- Collaborate with the marketing team to A/B test creatives
- Develop multiple variations (headlines, thumbnails, hooks, CTAs) and suggest new creative strategies based on performance data insights
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and video content creation
- Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives, motion graphics, and video editing
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience with AI creative tools is highly preferred
- Understanding of performance marketing creatives (especially for US audience)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
