Product Designer, Visual Lease and CoStar Real Estate Manager

The Product Designer will transform business objectives into intuitive design solutions and create user-centered experiences for the integration of Visual Lease and CoStar Real Estate Manager. They will drive projects from concept to production, creating high-fidelity designs and developer-ready specifications.
Responsibilities
- Partner across product and engineering to transform business objectives into intuitive, high-quality design solutions
- Apply design thinking methods to create user-centered experiences and contribute to evolving our design system
- Drive multiple design projects from concept to production, balancing creativity with execution in a fast-paced environment
- Clearly communicate design ideasâverbally and visuallyâthrough concepts, sketches, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to diverse stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in person, university or college
- 3+ year of professional UX Design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft and sharp design thinking across deep experiences
- Highly skilled in building Figma components, prototypes, and Dev Mode specifications
- Experience conducting user testing and translating insights into design improvements
