Own the creation of high-impact visual assets across brand, marketing, and digital campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. Responsible for maintaining brand consistency across social media, web banners, and sales presentations.
Responsibilities
- Design high-performing visuals for social media, paid ads, email campaigns, presentations, and sales decks
- Translate campaign ideas into clear, compelling visual concepts
- Create multiple variations for A/B testing
- Build and maintain logos, typography systems, color palettes, and visual guidelines
- Ensure consistency across all channels and formats
- Design web banners, landing page graphics, and digital ad creatives
- Optimize designs for mobile, desktop, and social platforms
- Create GIFs, simple animations, and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects
- Support light video or campaign edits
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams
- Align designs with messaging and campaign goals
- Incorporate feedback quickly and efficiently
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Deliver assets in multiple formats
- Maintain organized libraries of templates, assets, and brand materials
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio (branding + marketing + digital assets)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Experience designing for social media
- Experience designing for ads
- Experience designing for print
