Senior Product Designer

Own and execute the end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups across web and mobile platforms. Establish the design process and build a comprehensive design system from scratch to ensure consistency and speed.
Responsibilities
- Own & execute the design process — from early research and discovery through delivering high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and shipped products
- Be the voice of design: Shape the UX roadmap with the Head of Product and CTO
- Anticipate technical constraints and user considerations, unblock the team, and escalate issues when needed
- Build our design system from scratch across all platforms and user journeys
- Drive data-informed decisions: Measure product performance, conduct usability testing, and talk to users
Requirements
- 6-8 years of UX/Product Design experience in eCommerce or health-tech
- Practical understanding of React, React-Native, native mobile patterns, semantic HTML, mobile-first design, and CSS
- Self-directed and data-literate
- Ability to learn new technologies, processes, and systems quickly
- Expert Figma proficiency
