Senior Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end design execution of strategic initiatives and core workflows for a real estate listings platform across web and mobile. Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define interaction patterns and maintain a high-quality design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full design lifecycle for key Perchwell workflows
- Translate complex, data-heavy workflows into intuitive, elegant interfaces
- Partner closely with the Product and Engineering Leads to align requirements, scope, and sequencing
- Drive adoption and enforcement of Perchwell's evolving design system
- Contribute to the evolution of Perchwell's cross-platform design language
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing complex digital products
- A strong portfolio demonstrating systems-level thinking, data-rich interfaces, and high craft execution
- Experience building and maintaining design systems for web and native mobile applications
- Deep fluency in interaction design, information architecture, and design systems at scale
