Senior Product Designer, Truework

Own the end-to-end design for Truework's income verification products, simplifying complex financial workflows for borrowers and lenders. Partner with Product and Engineering to drive discovery, create high-fidelity specs, and iterate based on data and user research.
Responsibilities
- Own design for key product areas across borrower, lender, and internal operational experiences
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, shape roadmaps, and deliver high-quality solutions
- Simplify complex workflows into clear, user-friendly experiences
- Use AI-assisted design and development tools to rapidly prototype, validate, and implement lightweight UI changes
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of product design experience
- Strong track record of shipping high-quality work
- Portfolio demonstrates end-to-end thinking: problem framing, exploration, rationale, collaboration, iteration, and measurable impact
