Develop and maintain global websites and the customer support ecosystem, focusing on scalable pages and plugins. Act as a technical liaison between Support, Product, and Marketing to optimize user experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customized pages, plugins, and templates
- Integrate systems and architect the connective tissue between the website, support tech stack, and analytics platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Support Operations, UX, Marketing, and technical teams
- Manage a high-volume backlog of requests and prioritize work based on ROI, resource availability, and strategic urgency
- Optimize website performance and effectiveness, including designing and deploying A/B tests
- Own the version control and management of releases or enhancements
- Lead rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) processes
Requirements
- Proven ability to think long-term about website experiences, scalability, and the holistic customer journey
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Experience managing competing demands, balancing technical feasibility with user needs
- Solid experience in website development (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Deep familiarity with CSS Grid, UI layouts, and debugging tools
- Experience working with Webflow, Figma, and Google Analytics
