Senior Graphic Designer (Large Format)

The role involves preparing high-resolution production files and visual specification packages for large-scale print and fabrication projects. The designer will coordinate with production teams to ensure color accuracy and quality control for various non-paper media.
Responsibilities
- Prepare visual specification packages for art, signage, logos, wallpaper, murals, and cutouts
- Create and preflight high-resolution production files for print and fabrication
- Ensure color accuracy across all deliverables
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to refine and output print-ready artwork
- Coordinate with design, print, and production teams
- Enforce quality control standards for all outputs
- Maintain organized documentation, file systems, and version control
- Produce files for non-paper media
- Support image recreations, custom mural creation, and AI-assisted asset generation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in graphic production and/or design coordination roles
- Hands-on experience with large-format production workflows and hardware
- Experience preparing ADA signage production-ready packages
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Authorized to work in the Dominican Republic
