Sr UX Researcher I

Leads the UX research strategy and team's understanding of user behaviors, needs, and motivations for a business or product line. Collaborates with designers to iterate solutions and shares research findings with the organization to guide future projects.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, evaluates and has a solid understanding of customer use cases
• Maintains close links with UX Designers, ensuring that user feedback and testing are fed into the design process
• Aligns/coaches the team to ensure customer needs are met
• Shares research findings with the organisation

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in UX research or a related field
• Bachelors or Masters degree in a design subject (Psychology, UX, HCI, Product Design, Design, Graphic Design, etc discipline) is preferred, but not required
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Benefits

• U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800
• Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates
