Intermediate UX Designer
Caseware 🇨🇦 Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Design user experiences for cloud-based audit and financial reporting products using a blend of traditional UX methods and AI tools. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI-assisted design artifacts into implementation and evolve team prompting practices.
Responsibilities
- Design exceptional user experiences for Caseware's cloud-based audit, financial reporting, and data analytics products
- Bring AI tools into your day-to-day design practice
- Evaluate and refine AI-generated design output critically
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define solutions
- Help shape how our team works, contributing to shared practices around prompting, output review, and the integration of AI tools into our design and development workflow
Requirements
- Genuine enthusiasm for working at the intersection of design craft and AI-assisted making
- Approximately 2 to 3 years of professional UX experience
- Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted tools such as Figma Make, Claude Code, or Replit
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools including Figma and related platforms
- Experience planning and running user research and usability testing
- Strong working knowledge of accessibility standards
