The Product Designer will lead the end-to-end process from discovery to validation to define and improve digital products. They will ensure simple, efficient user experiences aligned with business objectives within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition, design, and continuous improvement of digital products
- Participate actively in the discovery and validation of solutions
- Influence product decisions and add value within the team
- Work with agile teams
- Use Figma for design, prototyping, and component creation
- Manage design systems
- Interpret key product metrics
Requirements
- At least 2 years of education in design, engineering, or social sciences
- Certification or specialization in product design and/or user experience
- More than 3 years of experience in product design or similar roles
- Experience working with digital products
- Experience with user-centered design methodologies
- Solid knowledge of research (qualitative and quantitative)
- Experience defining user personas, customer journeys, and information architecture
