Drive and implement end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research to shape the global workplace experience for Amazon employees. Collaborate with partners to generate actionable insights that inform workplace programs, services, and communication strategies.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with key partners to identify learning opportunities
- Design and execute both generative and evaluative research studies
- Engage in strategic discussion with partner teams to ensure research generates actionable findings
- Lead vendor management of outsourced studies
- Conduct and apply research in a global context
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience leading User Research projects with demonstrated impact
- Experience with all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting)
- A portfolio that demonstrates past work experience and deliverables
- Experience in vendor management
- 2+ years of quantitative survey design, development, programming, and analysis
