Graphic Designer / Creative Ads

Design high-converting paid ad creatives for Meta and Google and develop landing pages and funnels. Collaborate with marketing teams to translate messaging into effective visual assets and iterate based on performance data.

Responsibilities

• Design paid ad creative for Meta and Google
• Produce and manage brand assets across multiple brands
• Design landing pages and funnels
• Create organic social assets
• Maintain and evolve design systems and asset libraries
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and performance teams
• Test, iterate, and refine creative based on performance

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• 2-5 years of experience in graphic design with exposure to digital ads or marketing
• A portfolio that includes paid social or digital ad work
• Strong understanding of hierarchy, messaging, and clarity in design
• Experience working within brand guidelines and systems
• Ability to execute fast and stay organized under deadlines
