Product Designer (Mid–Senior)

The role involves designing end-to-end AI-assisted workflows and polished interfaces for a B2B proposal platform. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate user problems into clear flows, wireframes, and a coherent design system.
Responsibilities
- Turn problems into product, partnering with Product and Engineering to define user problems and solutions
- Design AI-assisted workflows, crafting interaction patterns that help users co-write with AI
- Take features from discovery to final UI, iterating through research, testing, and collaboration
- Elevate craft and consistency, contributing to and evolving the design system
- Advocate for users, running or supporting research and usability sessions
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Designer working on web-based SaaS products
- A portfolio that shows strong UX thinking and high-quality UI for complex workflows
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern design and prototyping practices
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and breaking down complex workflows
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions
