- Lead various projects and initiatives, defining strategy and user experience vision
- Conduct user research and craft end-to-end product journeys and experiences
- Champion Design Thinking and facilitate design workshops and co-creation sessions
- Communicate design direction and intent with user insights and design rationales
- Collaborate cross-functionally and balance engineering, customer, and product tradeoffs
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 6+ years of professional experience in designing consumer or B2B products
- Excellent visual skills and craft
- Proactive and resourceful self-starter
- Experience with Design Thinking and user research
