Lead the end-to-end design of complex audit workflows, translating customer needs and business goals into polished UI and interaction models. Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape strategy and influence product roadmaps.

Requirements
- Experience working in fast-moving environments
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces
- Experience designing AI-assisted workflows
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent visual skills and craft
