The role involves researching user needs and designing end-to-end functional, accessible interfaces and user flows. You will collaborate with product and development teams to iterate solutions based on data, metrics, and stakeholder feedback.
Responsibilities
- Investigating and understanding user needs through interviews, testing, and feedback analysis
- Designing complete flows, information architecture, and end-to-end experiences
- Creating functional, accessible, and user-centered interfaces
- Proposing solutions with design criteria, justifying design decisions
- Working with design systems and reusable components
- Collaborating closely with product and development teams on key decisions
- Creating high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Iterating solutions based on data, metrics, and continuous feedback
- Participating in solution validation with users and stakeholders
