Senior Product Designer, Growth

Lead design efforts for the Traction team to increase user activation and engagement through hypothesis-driven experimentation. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to reduce friction in core workflows and iterate on solutions based on data.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Traction Team to help more managers and employees get real value from Lattice's core workflows
- Reduce friction, build habits, and help people successfully complete everyday work
- Work with cross-functional teams to scope experiments, design quickly, and drive iteration towards a final solution based on data
- Collaborate with designers across Lattice to ensure solutions fit seamlessly into their product surfaces
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years experience working on a product growth team
- Experience collaborating with designers across multiple teams
- Experience deeply understanding customers and their needs
- Core design skills, including evaluating and designing complex workflows
- Strong understanding of visual design principles
- Proven success working with an established design system
- Communication & collaboration skills, including strong written and verbal communication
- A love for design feedback, both receiving and giving
- AI tooling skills & flexibility with role evolution, including experimenting with new AI tools and being willing to evolve in new ways
