Research, strategize, and design user experiences for digital platforms while aligning user needs with business objectives. Lead junior designers and collaborate with development partners to ensure the overall vision is achieved for medium to large-sized projects.
Responsibilities
- Research, strategize, and design user experiences for digital platforms
- Oversee and/or conduct quantitative and qualitative research, UX design, and usability testing
- Present work to clients
- Follow user-centered design principles and industry standards
- Collaborate with UX and Development partners
- Lead junior designers and own the UX design phase of medium to large-sized projects
Requirements
- Over 6 years of experience creating functional, usable, and beautiful applications
- English level: B2+/C1
- UX: Research, Interviews, Benchmarking, Personas, User Journeys, User Flows, Sitemaps, flowcharts, Usability Testing, Metrics
- UI: High fidelity visual design skills, knowledge of transitions and animations
- In-depth knowledge of Branding and Style Guide creation
- In-depth knowledge of Atomic Design
- Proficient in wireframing and prototyping
