UI/UX Designer – Digital Products & Services (f/m/div.)

Responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for digital products and services across web and mobile platforms. Collaborates with product owners and engineers to transform user insights into scalable designs aligned with the Bosch Digital Design System.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for digital products and services across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate closely with product owners and engineers, acting as the voice of the user throughout the product lifecycle
- Transform user insights into concepts by creating personas, journey maps, user flows, and information architectures
- Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes (low- to high-fidelity) to validate ideas early and efficiently
- Create scalable, visually appealing interfaces aligned with the Bosch Digital Design System
- Design onboarding experiences and feature adoption strategies that help users realize value quickly
- Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and continuously improve the user experience
Requirements
- Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a comparable field
- Experience in UI/UX or product design for digital platforms (web and/or mobile)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices
- Experience with design systems and component-based design
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
- Interest in emerging technologies such as AI-supported design
