Lead the end-to-end design process from concept validation and user research to high-fidelity delivery. Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma while collaborating with engineering for production-ready handoffs.
Responsibilities
- Own the design lifecycle across multiple product lines
- Create and maintain scalable design systems in Figma
- Conduct user research and synthesize findings into actionable insights, journey maps, and personas
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure thoughtful, production-ready handoffs
- Bring new ideas to life through low-fidelity explorations and interactive prototypes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing modern web applications (SaaS or B2B preferred)
- Mastery of Figma
- Strong grounding in human-centered design principles
- Proficiency with AI design tools (Figma Make, Claude Design)
