Design, build, and maintain scalable components, patterns, and tokens to ensure consistency across multiple platforms and brands. Partner with engineers to bridge the gap between Figma designs and production code while documenting the system in Notion.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, document, and maintain components, patterns, and assets for product teams
- Partner closely with design system engineers to keep Figma and code in sync
- Define and evolve component APIs and token systems
- Write clear and concise documentation to help designers and engineers adopt the system
- Bake accessibility into the foundation of everything shipped
- Bring components to life with thoughtful motion that enhances usability and reinforces the brand
Requirements
- Proven experience working on or contributing to a design system
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Strong UI craft and motion design skills
- Solid accessibility experience and commitment to inclusive design
- Good understanding of how design translates into code
- Strong proficiency in Notion for structured documentation
