Product Designer Pleno - Antifraude Internacional

The role involves creating consistent user-centric solutions for international anti-fraud platforms through the entire product development lifecycle. Responsibilities include designing flows, wireframes, and prototypes while collaborating with product managers and engineers to improve usability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Understand product strategy and real user needs to create consistent solutions
- Participate actively in the entire product development process, from discovery to delivery
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces, along with the squad and business areas
- Work in partnership with Product Managers and developers, influencing the experience from conception to execution
- Collaborate with areas such as data, marketing, and business to ensure user-centered design at all levels of the organization
- Conduct co-creation dynamics, workshops, A/B tests, and experiments with a focus on continuous evolution
- Propose improvements based on data analysis, research insights, and hypothesis validation
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a Product Designer
- Familiarity with B2B products, onboarding of clients, and complex solutions
- Experience in web and mobile interface design, prototyping, information architecture, and UX/UI best practices
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Maze, Hotjar, Amplitude, Dovetail, or similar
- Experience with user research, hypothesis validation, data analysis, and decision-making based on metrics
- Interest or experience with artificial intelligence and automation applied to products
- Good communication, organization, and proactivity in agile and collaborative environments
- Critical and analytical vision, with empathy to understand different user and business contexts
