The role involves conducting user research and analysis to create intuitive user interfaces and interactive prototypes. The designer will collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing
- Analyze research findings to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals
Requirements
- University degree in design, computer science, or related field or equivalent job experience
- 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects
- Proficiency in UX design tools, preferably Figma
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing
- Ability to create detailed user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable design decisions
