Lead visual storytelling for luxury real estate developments by creating premium print and digital marketing collateral. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including brochures, social media assets, and architectural render enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design premium marketing collateral
- Create high-end digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and website banners
- Retouch and enhance architectural 3D renders, lifestyle photography, and property videos
- Ensure absolute brand consistency and visual excellence across all materials
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Development teams, as well as external agencies and print vendors
Requirements
- 2-3 years of graphic design experience, specifically in the real estate industry
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Motion graphics and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Strong understanding of print production techniques, digital formats, and social media trends
