Hybrid $24,840 - $28,000 Full-time Junior

The role focuses on delivering brand evolutions, social media guidelines, and digital assets across various marketing channels. It involves conducting research, creating design concepts, and supporting agency business development and internal training.

Responsibilities

  • Brand design – Conduct desk research, interrogate briefs, mood board themes, and create concepts that evolve existing brands or establish new ones
  • Brand roll out – Clearly document and structure brand design assets ready for client consumption and use
  • Cross-channel thinking – Identify and create cross-channel creative concepts that work across the marketing mix for clients
  • Internal training and knowledge sharing – Contributing to the ongoing development of the team by sharing expertise and helping to train and upskill colleagues

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of industry experience
  • Proficiency in design tools including Canva, Adobe Suite, and Figma
  • Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals, typography, grid, and color logic
