The role involves delivering high-quality user experiences across web, mobile, and trading platforms by creating wireframes and prototypes. The designer will collaborate with marketing and product teams to align visual assets and features with business goals and brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to design new features and enhance existing platforms
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate user journeys and design intent
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience
- Ensure designs align with both business goals and technical requirements
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies, and share your knowledge with the team
- Design high-quality marketing and visual assets in line with brand guidelines
- Develop creative that supports customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion KPIs
- Use data and performance insights to continuously optimise design and messaging
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within fintech, trading, or financial services
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and impactful outcomes
- Experience designing for both product and marketing use cases
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Zeplin or similar tools are a plus
- Experience with prototyping and presenting design concepts to stakeholders
- Understanding of micro-interactions and modern UI patterns
- Strong focus on mobile-first and cross-platform design
- Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven outcomes and business goals
- Experience in trading or financial services is highly desirable
