Lead the full UX lifecycle to create intuitive, data-driven experiences for a B2B SaaS platform. This includes simplifying complex workflows, maintaining design libraries, and collaborating with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Design: Lead the full UX lifecycle, from conducting user research and creating wireframes to delivering high-fidelity interactive prototypes
- SaaS Complexity: Simplify complex B2B workflows and large datasets into streamlined, actionable interfaces that reduce user friction
- Design Systems: Maintain and expand our design library to ensure visual and functional consistency across all product modules
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and successful handoffs
- Platform Expertise a Plus: Leverage experience designing for the Salesforce platform (Lightning Design System) to build native-feeling, enterprise-grade applications
- Iterative Design: Use qualitative feedback and product analytics to continuously test, validate, and improve the user experience
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design specifically within the B2B SaaS or enterprise software sector
