Graphic Designer - Technical Graphics

The graphic designer is responsible for creating technical graphics such as site plans, process diagrams, and infographics to support proposal development. They must collaborate with internal clients to translate visions into visual assets while ensuring clarity, brand consistency, and adherence to deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop technical site plans
- Create process diagrams
- Design work plans
- Develop technical illustrations
- Create schedules and infographics
- Design executive summaries and PowerPoint presentations
- Ensure graphics demonstrate content clarity, visual hierarchy, and ease of scanning
- Work closely with internal clients to translate their vision of proposal graphics into reality
- Juggle multiple design projects at the same time and ensure all deadlines are met
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphics, design, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- 2+ years related experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
- Proficiency in Photoshop and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving team player with a great attitude
