Responsibilities
- Design high-converting B2B ad creatives for LinkedIn, Google Display Network, and Meta Ads Manager
- Translate messaging into clear, scroll-stopping visuals
- Create multiple variations for headlines, layouts, and CTAs
- Design assets in multiple sizes and formats
- Turn ICP insights into creative direction
- Understand B2B buyer psychology and design with attention hierarchy, clarity of message, and strong CTA placement
- Support A/B testing across creatives and iterate based on performance data
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to align creatives with campaign goals, messaging frameworks, and funnel stages
- Contribute ideas during campaign brainstorming and improve creatives based on performance feedback
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, build reusable templates, creative systems, and asset libraries, and ensure consistent brand quality across campaigns
Requirements
- 3+ years designing B2B ad creatives
- Strong portfolio showing LinkedIn ads, Meta ads, and Display creatives
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused design, visual hierarchy, and CTA placement
- Experience using AI tools for creative workflows
