Product Designer - UX Strategist (Senior/Lead)

You will be responsible for designing scalable, user-centric features and defining UX strategies within a multinational design team. The role involves collaborating through critiques and data-driven decisions to deliver high-quality, market-ready digital products.
Responsibilities
- Design features that are simple, easy to navigate, and scalable
- Work with a talented, high-performance multinational design team
- Participate in meetings, critiques, and data-driven decisions
- Focus on the larger picture rather than individual pages
- Deliver successful products to the market, from concepts to prototypes and final execution
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital User Experience and Interface design focusing on mobile (Android, iOS)
- Excellent English communication skills, able to communicate with any stakeholders
- Genuine passion for Product design and attention to even the smallest details
- Portfolio of beautiful, detail-oriented designs showcasing the delivery of successful products to the market
- Knowledge of best-practice UX design techniques (Android, iOS), such as user journeys, flow charts, wireframing, etc.
- Strong opinion and the ability to sell your vision, but also ready to adapt and change when alternatives are more compelling
- AI advocate – Being able to understand how Ai impact on the process rather than the output it’s a critical part
- ‘Just do it’ attitude – finding a way to get things done
