Responsibilities
- Designing and iterating on user interfaces and experiences for AI-powered products
- Establishing design standards and best practices for AI-driven products across the organization
- Collaborating with AI researchers, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand technical constraints and business objectives
- Conducting user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and inform iterative improvements in product experiences
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in product, interface, or UX design with a solid portfolio demonstrating design excellence
- Proficiency in interface design principles, design systems, and modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar)
- Experience designing user experiences for complex, data-intensive, or technical products
- Demonstrated ability to conduct user research, run usability tests, and use data to inform design decisions
