Lead end-to-end design for critical emergency response products while acting as a strategic partner to product and engineering teams. You will conduct user research, prototype solutions, and drive product direction to improve workflows for 911 professionals.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design across multiple product areas
- Act as a strategic partner to Product Managers and Engineers
- Build deep relationships with customers
- Rapidly prototype and test ideas
- Create high-quality UX, interaction design, and polished UI
- Operate within the codebase and design system to ensure designs are implemented with high quality and consistency
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Proven ability to operate as a true partner to Product
- Strong track record of customer obsession
- High level of initiative and work ethic
- Experience designing in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Strong UX and interaction design skills
- Proven experience contributing to and extending design systems
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools in design workflows
