Onsite $20 - $25 Full-time Mid-level

The Graphic Designer will prepare and manage visual artwork for custom packaging products while ensuring all designs meet manufacturing specifications. They will also collaborate with sales teams and customers to translate brand concepts into production-ready files and develop marketing materials.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, manage, and deliver visual artwork for custom packaging products, including shopping bags, boxes, tissue paper, and related products
  • Translate client-provided logos, brand guidelines, and design concepts into proofs and production-ready files that meet manufacturing specifications
  • Ensure all artwork adheres to design standards, vendor requirements, color accuracy, and print production constraints
  • Manage multiple active design projects simultaneously, maintaining organized file systems and clear revision histories
  • Design flyers, graphics, and promotional materials that represent our brand and help us reach new audiences
  • Layout and update the company catalog as our product offerings grow and evolve
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams and vendors throughout the design and approval process

Requirements

  • 2+ years of graphic design experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • A strong working knowledge of print production processes, including color modes (CMYK/Pantone), bleeds, resolution requirements, and dyeline setup
  • An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with technical problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
