The Junior UI/UX Designer will support the end-to-end design process, including wireframing, prototyping, and user research. They will collaborate closely with developers and product leads to ensure design consistency and effective handoff.
Responsibilities
- Design Support: Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for product features and improvements
- Research and User Testing: Support and participate in user research activities, develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical specifications
- Documentation and Design Handoff: Prepare design specifications and maintain clear, organized documentation for development teams
- Continuous Learning and Professional Development: Stay updated on UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and gathering actionable insights
